I hope you all have a wonderful holiday with your loved ones. Hopefully Santa will bring you the good things you want. Hopefully you won't end up with any duds that need to be returned or, worse, a handmade sweater with too-short sleeves that you feel compelled to keep.
The weather is very accommodating today. I walked the dogs and it was warm enough that by the time we got back to the car I had peeled off my hat, mittens, scarf and jacket. It's hard to remember the last time we had a Christmas Eve day this pleasant. The air is still and the lake surface is glass. Beautiful!

But if you run out, come to my house, we have extra. As my cousin Martha said, it's an Anderson family thing, we all do that.
