Hi Maggie,
John was discharged today. We just got home a little while ago and he is dozing on the couch. It was an ordeal to get him in the house. I do hope I can get a ramp built soon!
He walked a lot today, spent a lot of time with the physical therapist. We have to set up a schedule of appointments with PT back in Chapel Hill starting asap. He's got one of those metal canes with 4 feet. They don't seem to think he needs a wheel chair. I just hope he improves during the next couple of weeks.
On Dec 8 we have to go back for another MRI and by that time the path reports will be in, so that will be a very scary day. We will have to hear the bad or good news and find out what is to be done.
I'm doing OK. I have been eating and sleeping except I am not normally an early riser but lately have been waking up around 5:30 and I just get up because I don't go back to sleep, just lie there and worry, so it's better to get up and do something. So the house is very clean.
We are grateful for your continued prayers.
