Are there any houses to rent within 15-20 minutes of Port Hawkesbury?

Yesterday a couple came in to the office looking for a place to rent, lease or rent-to-purchase. They are living away and will be moving into this area. The house needs to have 2 roomy bedrooms. Apparently they have plenty of furniture that needs to fit into the rooms. It could be in Lower River, Long Point, West Bay, anyplace no more than 15-20 minutes from Port Hawkesbury. This is a really nice couple, from what I can tell from talking with them, and I'd like to help them out. Please let me know if you know of anything local. We don't normally handle rentals but I really feel for this couple, it's hard to shop for a place to live in a new town when you're on a 2 day visit.
